Devising, developing and designing has been the daily business of Nina Eigenmann and Iris Durot since 2008. They share a studio in Zurich’s Altstetten district, where they produce furniture and living accessories under the eigenmannDUROT label for furniture manufacturers and design labels.
Their know-how derives from experimental research in the fields of materiality and production methods. This experience flows into the design process. Key elements of their work are product function and ecological aspects relating to material and manufacture.
